How to Make Chicken Curry Using Hot Curry Powder

Cooking Filipino Style Chicken Curry is one of my favorite cuisines. Just start by frying your chicken pieces in hot oil. Do so using a medium heat.

Next do this by slowly adding coconut milk to the hot oil until it’s almost burning. You have to keep adding the coconut milk so that the ingredients will stick to the bottom of the pan. When that is done, you can then pour it over the rice and let it stand for five minutes to combine. Serve up on top of basmati or plain khichuriya flatbreads.
