To begin with, heat the oil in a pan and add diced onions to fry for 5 minutes, stir in ginger, garlic, cardamom, cloves and cinnamon, cook for another 5 minutes, add the remaining spices, i.e., tomatoes, chutney, and water, bring to the boil for 15 minutes. Come then, add chicken and lime leaves and leave to cook for 40 minutes. Shred the chicken into medium sizes and return to the sauce for a few minutes, you can then serve with rice.

Using a sheet of foil and baking parchment, fold a 3 cm pleat in the middle of the sheets, place over the pudding ensuring that the buttered baking parchment comes down. Seal well and lower the basin into the pan with boiling water, cover the pan and simmer for 1 ½ hour.  When ready spoon over some chocolate sauce and serve.

Step 1, start by heating the oil in a pan, add onions, celery, bay, and thyme and fry for 8 minutes until softened.  Add the pork and let it cook until it changes color, stir in the mustard powder, garlic, flour and vinegar then stir well. Add the apple, leeks, and carrots and bring them to boil, and then reduce to simmer for an hour. When cooked, prepare the dumplings, separately, make your dough and of course a soft and slightly sticky one.
